11. Check and verify that logs are placed correctly as per instructions on
Pages 9-10 of this Installation Manual. If logs are incorrectly positioned or
placed wrongly it can create a hazardous situation, and in most instances, the
heater will not operate correctly.

Do not light heater without logs fitted, as heater will not operate.

For your personal safety, check and verify that polarities are correct in the
power supply to the heater. Also check for proper earth connections at the
power source. If polarities in power supply are incorrect, change the polarities
in the power supply to heater, NOT in the heater cord. Incorrect polarity’s
will cause the appliance not to function correctly.
14.
Check and verify prior to starting up the appliance, that all panels are secured
in place and that the main door has been locked in position.
15.
After verifying and checking all the above points proceed to lighting
instructions. Refer page 38.
16. Check and verify that the appliance has been installed to allow for easy re-
moval of the appliance for servicing
17. Check that electrical connections have been supplied in co ordnance with
the manufacturers requirements.
