necessary to timely fill refrigeration oil if oil level drops greatly;
Any shutdown failure should arouse attention and cause should be analyzed. Before
notifying AUKS customer service department, analysis based on failure help of this
manual may be conducive to the solution of problem.
2.2 Regular Maintenance
Regular maintenance includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual maintenance.
Customer should establish scientific and regular maintenance plan according to the following content,
and implement carefully, which will play very important role for preventing problems.
2.2.1 Weekly Maintenance
Check and analyze record table of operating parameters.
2.2.2 Monthly Maintenance
Check and analyze record table of operating parameters;
Check if set bolt of power supply wiring is loose;
Check if there is noise in each moving part of unit and if operation is set;
Check if high pressure and low pressure of cooling system is set;
Check operating current of motor and insulating resistance of unit are set;
Check if dry filter and sight glass are set; frosting at outlet of filter indicates filth blockage
in filter, which requires cleaning filter net; if there is humidity indication (red color)on
sight glass, it’s required to replace filter element;
Check if lubricating oil of compressor is set; if oil level is lower than 1/2 of sight glass, it’s
necessary to add lubricating oil; if there is filth or oil is deteriorated, it’s necessary to
replace lubricating oil, clean or replace oil filter ad replace element of dry filter;
2.2.3 Quarterly Maintenance
Check and analyze record table of operating parameters;
Check oil level of compressor;
Clean filter of evaporator and condenser water system pipeline;
When unit operates under full capacity, check temperature drop of refrigerant generated
when it passes filter dryer.
