Step 3: Firstly start refrigeration water pump, then start cooling water pump, listen if there is
abnormal sound from water pump and observe if water pressure is within setting range (pressure
difference of inlet and outlet water is no less than 50KPa). Flow switch protection indicates ultralow
flow of water pump, which requires finding out cause and solving the problem;
Step 4: After starting (add compressor and observe change of high & low pressure), compressor
operates from 25% energy to 50% energy; then compressor performs upload control according to
temperature; when temperature is lower than setting value, compressor offloads. During this
process, it’s necessary to measure if operating current of compressor is within designated range of
nameplate, observe if there is abnormal sound, record parameters such as high & low pressure,
inlet & outlet water temperature, operating current.
