Synchronisation manuelle

Whether you have enabled or disabled the automatic synchronisation
during configuration of the Google contact group (check box

Synchroni-

sation Google active

) or not, you can always manually initiate the synchro-

nisation with the contact group stored in Gmail.

The Google contact group is synchronised with the respective contact group
stored in Gmail. The symbol of the Google contact group on the page

Données des utilisateurs > Carnets d’adresses > Contacts & affec-
tation

shows you whether synchronisation was successful. The symbols

have the following meaning:

Note:

If the contact group stored in Gmail contains more than 2000

contacts, only the first 2000 contacts will be imported into the Google
contact group, the rest will be ignored.

A new contact group is added.

The Google contact group has not yet been synchronised and does
not contain any contacts.
