Outgoing Calls

Note:

 No callback is possible (CCBS or CCNR) for outgoing calls over 

VoIP.

Initiating Calls with Project Assignment

The exchange line access with project assignment allows the sorting of 
external calls to a specific project/customer/client. With call data 
management, the charges and the time expenditures may be assigned to 
different projects/customers/clients.

Proceed as follows:

•

Using a character string on the internal phone

•

Using the menu/function key on a system phone (optional, see the 
phone manual)

Requirements:

•

Assigning of project numbers function enabled (optional, see chapter 
Functions, Uses, Concepts > Activation)
