Normal device and FXS blade operation

At least one DSP has reached high-temperature threshold

Initial power-up stage, or
Failure detected in at least one FXS blade, or

LED indicating power status:
Green On
Chassis receiving power and Power Supply modules are
functioning normally. If the device is configured to use only one
Power Supply module, the LED is lit if at least one of them is
operating normally
