Troubleshooting
If CFD-50 does not work properly, please proceed as described in the troubleshooting guide below.
If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact the manufacturer or the service provider.
Symptom

Refrigerator not running
Power cord unplugged
Plug in power cord.
Mains power unavailable
Check facility wiring or contact
electricity supplier.
Fuse blown or circuit tripped
Replace fuse or reset circuit
breaker.
Improper voltage supplied to
refrigerator
Correct supply voltage and
ensure the power outlet voltage
matches the CFD-50’s voltage
input requirements.
Refrigerator cabinet temperature
too high
Prolonged door opening or door ajar
Avoid prolonged door openings
and make sure door is closed
after use. Chamber may take
some time to cool down again
after extended door openings.
Warm objects placed in the storage
chamber
Do not place food, beverages,
or other non-medical items
inside the refrigerator.
Door gasket not sealing properly
Check gasket condition; adjust
door or replace gasket if
necessary.
Improper air flow around condensing
unit
Re-arrange refrigerator to allow
proper air circulation; relocate
the refrigerator away from heat
generating equipment, direct
sunlight, or direct path of air
conditioning or heating ducts.
Not enough water in the water tank
Add water to water tank to
proper level.
