Setting the Airplane mode
When airplane mode is set, wireless functions are disabled
(telephone, packet transmission, Wi-Fi
®
and Bluetooth
®
functions).

In the home screen,

→ [Settings]

[More settings] → Mark "Airplane mode＂ →
[OK]
• When airplane mode is selected, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi
®
) is
turned off, but it can be turned back on while in airplane
mode. Do not use wireless LAN (Wi-Fi
®
) in areas where
the use of radio waves is restricted, such as in hospitals,
airplanes.
◎ Alternatively, long press
p
for over one second, tap [Airplane
mode] → [OK] to turn it on and off.
Setting the Silent mode

[Sound] → [Sound profiles]

[Sound]/[Vibrate]/[Mute]
◎ Alternatively, long press
p
for over one second, tap an
icon at the bottom of the options window or slide down the
Notification panel and tap "Sound"/"Vibrate"/"Mute" to turn it
on or off.
◎ The shutter tones, start and end tones in video photography,
playing music sound and alarm are always produced even when
silent mode is set.
Screen lock authentication
You can set screen lock authentication to secure your
product and prevent unauthorized access.

To cancel screen lock setting, tap [None].

Set required items
