to rescue the operator trapped by the machine
When there is person trapped by the machine, please press the Emergency Stop
Button first (Fig. 01)

Procedure by Resuming the power supply, pull out the
Emergency Stop shown on Fig. 01, then press READY (Fig. 02)
1.4.12.1.1 When the operator is trapped among the three axes, press the JOG
button (Fig. 03), choose the reverse direction on Fig. 06 which the
operator was trapped, and then rotate the switch of Fig. 04. Or press
the button of Fig. 05, and choose the reverse direction of Fig. 06 which
the operator was trapped, then rotate the handwheel.

Procedure by without resuming power supply
1.4.12.2.1 When the operator was twisted by the spindle, just press the
Emergency Stop button, and then rotate the spindle to the reverse
direction until he is released.
1.4.12.2.2 When the operator was stuck by the tool arm, release the brake of the
cam motor which is on the top of the tool arm, then use the wrench to
rotate the motor in reverse direction until he is released.
1.4.12.2.3 When the operator was trapped among three axes, dismantle the
telescope and the servo motor, use the wrench to rotate the ball screw
in reverse direction. Or just move the working table.
