Problem
Check the oil and petrol levels.
Not enough petrol or oil.
The engine will not start.
Open the petrol valve.
The petrol valve is closed.
Set the switch to the "ON" position.
The engine switch is not in the "ON" position.
Check the condition of the spark plug.
Replace if necessary.
The spark plug is disconnected or worn.
Use a blade for the type of material that you
are going to cut. Asphalt, dry concrete or wet
concrete.
Wrong type of cutting blade.
The cutting is not correct
Use the handle to adjust the depth. (10 mm
per turn of the handle.)
Problem with the height adjustment.
Too shallow cutting deep.
Use a 450 mm blade instead of a 350 mm
blade.
Change the dimension of the blade.
Adjust your walking pace to the depth that
you are cutting. (The deeper the cutting
depth, the slower the walking speed.)
To high torque on the engine shaft.
The engine stops or vibrates too much during
operation.
Choose blade according to the work to be
performed.
The blade does not fit the operation.
Add water in the tank and/or check the flow
in the hose.
No cooling and lubricating water on the
blade.
