Utilization
The product is intended for lifting of vehicles. The corresponding technical datas of the lift has to be observed.
1. Preparation
a.
Read the safety instructions carefully before operating the lift.
b. Lower the lift completely.
c. Place the vehicle centrally on the drive-on ramps.
d. Secure the vehicle.
e. Make sure that both valves are closed (see 18-2)
f. When using the freewheel lift: Place the rubber plates CENTRALLY unter the original lifting points. If
necessary adjust the pullout to the needed length.
2. Lifting
a. Switch-on the lift by means of the main switch.
b. Set the selector switch to the desired operation (main lift or freewheel lift).
c. Lift the vehicle appr. 100-150 mm and stop the lifting by releasing the button lifting.
d. Check if the vehicle is secure on the lift and if safety notches are activated.
e. Following lift further and observe the lifting process.
3. Lock-up
a. From a certain lifting height on a safety notch engages automatically.
b. By pressing the button Lock-up for a few seconds, the lift lowers until the next notch. Hereby pay
attention to an equal height.
The Lock-up position minimize the pressure to the hydraulic cylinder and hoses, therefore the lifetime will be
increased and the wear will be minimized..
4. Lowering
a. Check before lowering if there are obstacles or persons under the vehicle
b. Press shortly the button lifting for relieve the safety notches.
c. Press the Lowering button for releasing the safety notches and following the lowering of the lift starts.
d. After reaching of the CE-Stop the danger zone must be checked again for obstacles or persons.
e. Press the button Lowering again for reaching the minimum height. Hereby the buzzer will be activated.
5. Completion
a. Lower the lift completely.
b. Remove if necessary the used rubber plates.
c. Drive the vehicle from the lift.
