Connect the hydraulic unit to the electrical connection.
•
Make sure that the phases are connected correctly and that the motor is earthed.
Filling oil and bleeding
DO NOT run the unit without oil. The pump may be damaged. If the motor becomes hot or
makes strange noises, stop immediately and recheck the electrical connection.
•
Make sure that the supply voltage of the electrical system matches the voltage indicated on the
motor's type plate.
•
Make sure that the electrical connections correspond to the plans (see chapter 6.2).
•
Make sure that there are no leaks or bubbles in the hydraulic and pneumatic lines.
•
Make sure that the lift is earthed.
•
Make sure that the work area is free of people and objects.
•
Ensure that all sliders are in the correct position and properly greased.
•
Ensure all bolts are correctly installed and lubricated
•
Use only recommended hydraulic fluid
•
Fill hydraulic fluid into the tank up to the upper mark on the tank cap. Raise and lower the lift
and then refill with hydraulic oil. (Approx. 18 litres in total)
•
- Set the selector switch MAIN/JACK to the position
