Start
a.
Make sure all pins and bolts to insure proper mounting;
b.
Make sure the electrical system feeding voltage is equal to that specified in the nameplate on
the motor;
c.
Make sure the electric connections are in compliant with electrical plan;
d.
Make sure no leakage or blow-up in hydraulic line and pneumatic line;
e.
Make sure the lift is grounded;
f.
Make sure the working area is free from people and objects;
g.
Grease sliding all pivot pins;
h.
Pour hydraulic oil into the tank (about
18 liters more than one time
);
i.
Verify that the control unit is powered by turning on the power switch;
j.
Set MAIN/JACK (fig. B –
) selector into the position “
” ;
k.
Open the top cove of the control unit, set ADJ/WORK selector (fig. B –
) into the position
“WORK”;
Verify that the motor direction of rotation is that shown on the motor arrow label by pushing
the lifting button. IF MOTOR GETS HOT OR SOUNDS PECULIAR, STOP
IMMEDIATELY AND RECHECK THE ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS.
