Firmware

The

Firmware

allows you to view the VS1912’s current firmware Version,

update to newer firmware versions and Clear All Saved Data.

To upgrade the firmware, do the following:

1. Click on the empty field to browse to the firmware upgrade file. Make sure

you have the correct file for the VS1912.

2. Click on the upload button to start the upgrade process.

Note:

1. When updating firmware, it is recommended that users log in using

an incognito window in Google Chrome ([Ctrl]+[Shift]+[N]). This
ensures that no errors occur due to cookies.

2. After updating the firmware, it’s recommended that you clear your

web browser’s cache and then close and reopen the web browser. This
will ensure the GUI refreshes and functions properly.
