Browser Operation
Overview
The VS1912 can be configured over a standard TCP/IP connection via its built-
in Graphical User Interface (GUI). Because it can be accessed from anywhere
over a network or the Internet, operators can easily log in via web browser.
Security is ensured by password protection and a user-configurable time-out.
Logging in
To access the GUI, type the VS1912’s IP address into the address bar of the
Google Chrome web browser. If a Security Alert dialog box appears, accept the
certificate – it can be trusted. The login screen appears:
Š The fixed IP address is http://192.168.100.1
Š The default Username and Password are: admin / admin

Enter the username and password, then click Login .

Use the drop-down menu to select the GUI language.
Note: 1. The username supports lower case letters only.
2. The same account cannot simultaneously log in from different
computers.
