8-4. Switching the Scale (externally)
Measurement scales (Brix CH 1 to 3) can be switched via external signal input.
Adjust the input signal voltage according to operational conditions and input a signal level within 5 to
24V.

Dedicated Cable (option) Specifications
The same cable is used both for the alarm output and for switching the scale. Re fer to Table 8-3
on pg. 19, "8-3Alarm Output (high- and low-limiter output)."

Connection Example
Connect the wire as illustrated in the connection example (refer to Fig.8-11).
Input the signal, using “Table 8-5 Input Switch List” as reference.
The channel will change and a "beep" will be emitted. After scale switching is completed, return
the input signal function to none. If selecting CH3, change the input signal to B1 or B0 input,
perform the operation within the 0.3 second delay.
