• Align the handles to the outside, connect 55 cm fitness band with the handle and fix it to the board
Movement essentials:
• Stand sideways on the fitness board, bend your knees slightly
• Grasp the fitness band with one arm, support yourself on your thigh with the other arm, upper body
is bent.
• Pull the fitness band upwards to chest height, hold the position and lower again

• Stand on the fitness board, get into a squat position

Hold the handle with both hands, support the upper part of the elbow joint on the inside of the
knees
• Bend the arm upwards until the biceps fully contract, hold this position briefly and slowly return to
the starting position
