Board settings:

Align the handles to the outside
Movement essentials:
•
Legs are fully extended and the tips of the feet rest on the board.

Tense abdominal muscles play an important role in helping the body to maintain body tension th-
roughout the exercise

Push the body upwards by stretching the arms and then slowly lower it again by bending the el-
bows in a controlled manner

Exercised muscles:

Hip muscles, rectus abdominis
Board settings:
•
Align the handles to the inside
Movement essentials:
• Lie on the board and fix the feet on the handles, hold the hands to the side of the head.
•
First move the chest towards the knees, then push the abdomen towards the thighs until the upper
body is perpendicular to the board
•
Then lower the upper body back again
•
Keep the shoulders down during the whole exercise
