EXERCISE SUGGESTIONS

Board settings:
• Align the handles to the outside, connect 35 cm fitness band with the handle and fix it to the board
Movement essentials:
• Position yourself in a quadrupedal position, supported on your hands and knees on the fitness
board
• Attach the loop with the fitness band to your ankle, legs are bent

Stretch the training leg in the air, keeping the knee bent, hold this position for a short time and re-
