Connect the lower handle bar L ( 95 ) with the stepping tube L ( 82 ) like shown on the expansion pictu-
re.
Then you push the bolt through the stepping tube L ( 82 ) and the lower handle bar L ( 95 ).
Please use the plain washer φ 8 * φ 19 * 2T ( 9 ), spring washer φ 8.2 ( 8 ) and the screw M8*16L ( 7 )
to fix the components.
Do the same with the handle bar R ( 100 ) and the stepping tube R ( 93 ).
Therefore please use only the wrench ( 117 ) to fix the screws.
