ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
STEP 2
1. The Spindle (42) through the Main Frame (36) The Right Connecting Tube Assembly (29)
and the Waveform Spring Washer (35) through the right side of the Spindle (42).
2. The Left Connecting Tube Assembly (27) and the Waveform Spring Washer (35) through the
left side of the Spindle (42). Lock the Right Connecting Tube Assembly (29) with a D Shaped
Washer (32) a Spring Washer (31) and a Bolt (30). Lock he Left Connecting Tube Assembly
(27) in the same way.
3. Lock the Right Pedal Tube Assembly (21) to the right crank with the Bolt (9), a Spring
Washer (3) and the Right Lock Nut (8). Lock the Left Pedal Tube Assembly (19) to the left
crank with the Bolt (1), a Spring Washer (3) and the Left Lock Nut (4).
ATTENTION:
The Bolt (9 & 1) must fully penetrate the nylon ring inside the Pedal Tube Assembly (19 & 21) and
the Crank. This will ensure the stability and durability of your Crosstrainer.
In order to install bolt properly, keep it perfectly straight as the bolt goes through the pedal tubing
and the crankshaft. If the bolt is connected to the crankshaft at an angle, damage to both the bolt
and the crankshaft may occur.
