Operating the device

The HDIQ 4 can be configured via a web interface or by using the front panel controls and LCD
display. The functions of the elements on the front of the unit are described below:



“Menu” button: Undo last entered value, return to previous menu.



“Enter” button: Allows you to activate the parameter to be changed or confirm a selected param-

eter or an entered value.



Left and right arrow buttons: Allow you to change the value of a parameter.



Up and down arrow buttons: Allow you to select a parameter or change the value of a parameter.



“Lock” button: With this button you can block input, or release it by pressing it again. When you

press the button once, the display shows the configuration status of the device.

After switching on the device, an initialisation takes place. After that, first menu item “Status” is
displayed.
