8.5.5 Washing the group SAE DISPLAY version
Press the
. button to begin the wash cycle.
Follow the steps indicated in the al par. "6.14.7 Lavaggio
gruppi erogazione" on page 24 :

groupheadsi
This procedure simultaneously washes all the groupheads; each
keypad controls its corresponding grouphead.
8.5.6 Perforated disk and containment ring cleaning
Weekly perform the cleaning of the Perforated disk
and containment ring in the following way:
t
Loosen the screw (

);
t
remove the perforated disk
(

) and the containment
ring (
3
);
t
carefully wash the two com-
ponents with hot water;
t
replace perforated disk and
containment ring to its origi-
nal position by locking eve-
rything with the screw.

8.5.7 Cleaning of the steam spout
On a weekly basis, carry out the steam spout clean-
ing as follows:
t
Immerse the spout in a jug with water and a specific
detergent according to manufacturer's instructions;
t
heat the solution with the steam of the spout;
t
let the spout cool off keeping it
immersed in the solution for at
least 5 minutes to allow the de-
tergent to rise inside the spout by
cooling effect;
t
repeat the operation 2 or 3 times
until milk is delivered.
8.5.8 Cup
trays
Daily cleaning of the cups trays as follows:
t
Disconnect the trays
from their housing by
positioning them hor-
izontally and pulling
them outwards.
t

dampened in lukewarm
water.
t
reinsert the trays in their housing.
