Troubleshooting the XT IPD
Post Successful Pairing
If an IPD has stopped working and displays a Server Unavailable message, you can check the following details:
• Verify that the network cable is securely connected to the IPD unit, as well as the networking device.
• Verify no changes have been made to the network that may block the IPD from connecting to XT Web Manager.
If the Pairing Status shows “Paired” on the XT Programmers table and the Connection Status shows “Disconnected”, this
indicates that at one point the IPD has been paired successfully, and there may have been a change in network availability/
accessibility that has now blocked the IPD from connecting to XT Web.
• It is recommended that you work with you local IT team before reaching out to Medeco Support for assistance, as this is
the most probable cause for this error.
