15.A - Warranty Overview
All Ashton Bentley products are designed and manufactured to the highest possible standards providing
customers with many years of trouble-free service.
Our aim is to provide high quality, low cost solu ons that can be used and managed day-to-day with the
minimum eff ort.
Because things do occasionally go wrong Ashton Bentley warrants that its products shall conform to the
applicable published and/or agreed upon opera onal specifi ca ons and shall be free from defects in
material, workmanship and func onality for a period of 3 years a er the date of purchase.
This warranty cover provides:
•
Year One - Advance Replacement
• Years Two & Three - Return To Base. Repair or Replace
The warranty services will be managed and provided by an Ashton Bentley approved service partner who is
fully supported by Ashton Bentley.
15.B - Year One - Advance Replacement
Our warranty provides for an advance replacement part or system to be sent to the customer’s nominated
premises within two working days* of any problem being reported to us.
No charge will be made for this advance replacement providing that the faulty component is packaged in the
advance replacement packaging and made available for collec on by Ashton Bentley within seven working
days of the advance replacement arriving.
*Subject to availability and limita ons imposed by delivery/customs restric ons beyond our control.
Our warranty is intended to provide customers with a transparent replacement service if things go wrong,
however, please note that our warranty does not include the following:
• Cosme c damage where it does not aff ect the opera on or safety of the product
• Charges for repairs undertaken by any other party
• The cost of repairing or replacing a product which fails because anyone neglects, abuses or misuses
the product
• In operability of a product caused by the failure of services provided by a third party
• The or any loss suff ered if you cannot use the product or any loss other than repair or replacement
Where items have been inspected or returned to us and are found to have been subject to any of the above,
we reserve the right to charge for the carriage, appropriate repair and tes ng or a replacement unit.
Note: Any replaced product shall not extend the originally established warranty period. This express warranty relates to the original end-user
purchasing the product and is not assignable or transferable to any other party or subsequent purchasers, unless otherwise agreed in wri ng
by Ashton Bentley. The terms of Ashton Bentley “Total Cover Warranty” do not aff ect your statutory rights, the right to charge for the carriage,
appropriate repair and tes ng or a replacement unit.
