Defining Functions
This section explains how to activate an individual function, for example call diversion, with the aid of
function commands and how to assign it to a key.
Foxkey Function
You want to know the status of a function stored under the Foxkey.
The
T
check mark on the display indicates whether or not the function is activated:
•
T
visible to the left of the function name: Function is activated.
•
T
not visible: Function is deactivated.
Note
The following functions are available only if you selected "Handset" or
"Handsfree" as the answering mode.

" Foxkey to select priority 1 - 8.
Note
1 stands for the highest priority; 8, for the lowest.
OK
Press the "OK" Foxkey.
The display shows "Seize".

" Foxkey to select the type of line seizure:
"Key" for connecting with the corresponding line by pressing the Line key,
"Handset" for connecting with the corresponding line by picking up the
handset.
OK
Press the "OK" Foxkey.
The display shows "List of callers".

" Foxkey to select whether or not a call is entered in the
list of callers.
OK
Press the "OK" Foxkey.
The settings are stored.
