Phone Book Management

This section explains how to enter a subscriber into the phone book, and how to edit or delete a phone 
book entry.

Creating a New Phone Book Entry

You want to store your own phone numbers. 

You can save and change your own phone numbers on your phone. You cannot change the phone num-
bers stored in the system.

Press the Menu key repeatedly in the idle state until the displays shows 
"Phone book".

Phone book

Press the "Phone book" Foxkey.

The display shows "New entry".

New entry

Press the "New_Entry" Foxkey.

The display shows "Enter name, enter number, enter address".

Use the digit keys to enter the name you want to store.

Press the entry selection key for "Enter number".

Use the digit keys to enter the phone number you want to store.

Press the entry selection key for "Enter address".

Use the digit keys to enter the address you want to store.

Use the digit keys to enter the name of the party you want to store.

Save

Press the "Save" Foxkey.

The display shows the stored phone book entry.

Note

The text mode is automatically activated when entering name and address.
