Getting Help
If you have a question or problem with the lift, review the troubleshooting guide in
Section 5 of this manual, as well as the comprehensive troubleshooting guide in the
Maintenance & Repair Manual . If you are unable to resolve the problem, please contact
Ascension as indicated on the following page, making sure that you have the serial
number of your lift ready. The serial number can be found on the data plate located
inside the platform on the upper right rail. Also, it is recommended that you contact
Ascension while in the immediate vicinity of your lift, as this will reduce the time required
to properly diagnose the problem.
