Installing Network Specific Drivers

Boot your computer to Windows NT.

From
Start
menu choose
Settings
and select
Control Panel
.

Double-click on
Network
. The Network Settings dialog box
appears.

Adapters
from tab and click
Add
....

When the list of available network adapters appears, click on the
Have Disk
button.

Insert the driver disk into drive A. Type the directory
A:\WINNT40
into the box on your screen and press the <
Enter
>
key.

Select the
AsantéFast 10/100 PCI Rev B. Adapter
and click
OK
button.

Click the
Close
button, then install the network protocols and
services that you want. See your Microsoft Windows NT user
guide(s) for more information. When you are finished, click on
the
Close
button.

NT will ask you to choose a connection type and a Tx Threshold
type. Most users should accept the default values. Click
OK
to
confirm. For information about the driver parameters, see the
INSTALL.TXT file on the driver installation disk.
