Basic safety information

2.3 Personnel selection and qualification, basic responsibilities

Work on or with the machine may only be carried out

by reliable personnel. Observe statutory minimum

legal ages! Only operate the machine with trained or

instructed personnel, determine personnel responsibi-

lity for operation, fitting, servicing and maintenance

clearly! Ensure that the machine is operated only by

authorised personal!

Determine machine operator responsibilities - inclu-

ding road traffic regulations - and make sure the opera-

tor ignores any incorrect instructions from third parties!

Only allow persons in training, under instruction or

participating in apprenticeship schemes to operate

the machine under the continuous supervision of an

experienced person!

Work on machine electrical equipment may only be

carried out by electrical specialists, or by authorised

persons under management and supervision of an

electrical specialist in accordance with electrical

regulations.

Work on drive mechanisms, brakes and steering

equipment may only be carried out by suitably trained

persons!
