Care and maintenance

7.9 Cleaning the air filter

Please refer to the motor manufacturer’s information when cleaning the air filter (motor manufacturer’s operating

manual).

7.10 Storage

If you are not intending to use the machine for a long time it should be properly stored. For more information,

please contact your local dealer. He will advise you which measures to take.

7.11 Maintenance plan

Caution if using B&S XTS

The spark plugs supplied by Tielbürger are suppressed for electrical noise. Do not use spark

plugs which are not suppressed!

Check screws and nuts

Check motor oil level,

refill if necessary

First motor oil change

All further motor oil changes

Check air filter

Clean air filter element, earlier if necessary

Replace air filter element,

earlier if necessary

Renew fuel hoses

(2 years)

Clean cool air screen

Clean baffle plate, cooling ribs

earlier if necessary

Clean spark plugs,

adjust gap

Renew spark plugs

Clean exhaust

Lubricate all moving parts

Check hand lever play setting
