SOLO CHANNEL
You can choose a channel to play independently or solo, in the utility menu.
Load a file into the piano's sequencer. Please refer to Loan and Play a File in this section of the
manual.

Press the UTILITY button after loading a file, the indicator light will turn on. Use +/YES
button or -/NO button to select Solo from the utility menu. If there are no files loaded, a “No
file loaded” warning will appear on the display and the piano will return to the main SD card
menu.

Press the UTILITY button again to confirm your selection. The first channel number will
appear on the display. Use +/ YES button or -/NO button to select a channel to solo.
♫Please note,
if the file contains less than 16 channels, the display will show only the active
channel numbers.

Press the PLAY/STOP button to play the solo channel selected, its indicator will light up.

Press the PLAY/STOP button again to stop playing, the indicator turns off. The playing will
automatically stop after all contents in this channel have been played. Then the display will
return to the Solo menu where you can continue to select channels.

Press the 0 button of the numeric pad to exit the solo feature and return to the utility menu.

UTILITY
MIDI files usually contain several channels, each channel delivers a musical instrument sound. The
channels can play back simultaneously as an entire song, or each can play independently. There are
three utilities that can be selected. They are Solo, Mute and Delete.
