1. Introduction - Scope of the manual/Field of application
This instruction manual regards the
Lisbona H125-150
line of refrigerated cabinets.
The scope of the information that follows is that of providing indications concerning:
- Use of the cabinet;
- Technical characteristics;
- Installation and assembly;
- Information for the personnel in charge of its use;
- Maintenance operations.
The manual should be considered part of the cabinet and must be kept for the entire life of the cabinet
itself.
The manufacturer holds itself exempt from all responsability in the following circumstances:
- Improper use of the cabinet;
- Incorrect installation, not carried out according to the norms indicated;
- Defects in the electrical supply;
- Serious lacks in required maintenance;
- Unauthorised changes and modifications;
- Use of non-original spare parts;
- Partial or total non-observance of instructions given;
N.B.Electrical appliances can be dangerous for your health.
The norms and laws in force must be respected during installation and use.
Anybody using this cabinet must read this manual.
2. Presentation - Foreseen use (Fig. 1)
The
Lisbona H125-150
refrigerated cabinet is a semi-vertical display cabinet with remote
refrigeration, suitable for the storage and self-service sale of
cold meats, dairy products, meat, fruit
and vegetables
.
3. Norms and certifications
The reference norms, according to which the cabinet has been tested and approved, are:
EN-ISO 23953 - 1/2; EN 60335-2-89; EN 61000-3-2; EN 61000-3-3; EN 55014
