Head and
foot boards
The head and foot boards can be easily lifted off the bed for
access to the patient.
The head and foot boards can each be fitted with locking
catches (

) to prevent accidental removal.
To unlock a board:
pull out the catches (

) and rotate them a quarter-turn (

); the
board can now be lifted off the bed.
Locking foot board (foot end shown in this example)
After replacing a board on the bed, rotate the catches until they
spring back into the locked position.
