40 SPOKE

EUROPEAN STYLE

For the correct placement of the spokes, install spoke  #1 then go to
spoke #2 skipping one hole on the hub and three holes on the rim.
Repeat in a counterclockwise pattern going through #3 until you 
complete one full rotation. Repeat the pattern in the opposite 
direction to complete one side of the hub. Solder the wires to the 
hub only. Flip the wheel over and repeat the process on the other 
side. Check that the rim is concentric to the hub when satisfied 
solder and trim the ends.

Hint:
To check the concentricity before soldering the spokes at the rim. 
Take the rim and spin it on a piece of wire. Gently press it true before
soldering the rim.
