The propeller templet shows the scale openings in the spinner as viewed directly in front.
Use this as a guide for your propeller openings.
T
rim with a Dremel or similar tool and a
grinding bit, finish by hand and make sure to keep the openings symetrical.
For flying models BALANCE BEFORE RUNNING ENGINE.

Step 1:
Assemble the parts
A1, B, & C as shown.
Fit Parts
A1 to B with ¼ dowel or
tubing (not
supplied)
Step 2:
Bolt the spinner
back plate thr
ough part
A
& B.

ith tape attach the spinner
to the back plate for
a secur
e fit.
Step 3:
Using a drill pr
ess drill thr
ough the spinner
and
base plate as indicated at the scor
e lines. Drill for
a 1-72 flat head machine scr
ew
. Use a r
eamer
bit
to scoop out the holes so the scr
ews will mount flush.

ap the holes or
use a self taping machine scr
ew to
finish.
Step 4:
Use templet part D as a guide for
opening the two
side holes for
the pr
opeller
.
The templet shows a scale
opening however
your
pr
opeller
may be differ
ent at
the r
oot.
Step5:
Assemble the spinner
, backplate, and pr
opeller
, check
for
pr
oper
balancing if you ar
e building a flying
model.

and locktight to secur
e the spinner
. Don’t make it too
permanent you may need to change a pr
opeller
some
day and never
start an engine if the spinner
is
damaged or
missing hardwar
