5.1

Warranty terms

LALIZAS ITALIA s.r.l. products are manufactured with first quality

materials, tested and controlled by ISO 9001 Quality System certified by

RINA.

LALIZAS ITALIA s.r.l. adapts the warranty of its products to the regulation

in force which sets a 2 (two) year bound between seller and final user,

starting from the date when the product left the firm.

NOTE

Your boat is equipped with a

warranty certificate

where you should write

the model and serial number of your boat.

The certificate also includes important information about the warranty

validation.

Please fill in the form and send it to the indicated address.

The warranty covers:



the fabric, the valve system and the sealing/glueing system to the

inflatable components.



the engine support transom (provided that the power installed is within

the limits recommended by LALIZAS ITALIA s.r.l.).



Standard and/or optional accessories.

To validate your warranty contact YOUR DEALER or an LALIZAS ITALIA

s.r.l. SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Warranty limitations:

This warranty shall not apply to inflatable boats subjected to

negligence, improper adjustments carried out by technicians other

than LALIZAS ITALIA s.r.l. authorized ones.

No spare part, accessory or repair material other than LALIZAS

ITALIA s.r.l. recommended ones should be used.

The boat must not be altered, modified, overpowered or used for

purposes other than those for which it has been designed (for ex.

races or professional use).

The maximum load allowed must never be exceeded.

The inflation pressure, assembling, disassembling and maintenance

procedures must be observed.

Schedule maintenance and storing procedures must be strictly

followed.

CAUTION

Your boat has been designed according to the regulation in force and for

the specific purpose. Any modification, alteration or overpowering with the

intent to improve the boat performance entail a serious risk for the user and

will void the warranty.

NOTE

Any repair under warranty must be carried out exclusively in our official

service departments.
