Power LED is not on
*Confirm power supply output.
*Check power connection.
Picture is Fuzzy
*Press Reset in OSD.
Picture bounces or wave
pattern is present in the
picture
*Move electrical devices that may cause
electrical interference.
The Power LED is
ON(Green) but there’s no
video or no picture
*Adjust dimming control brightness up.
The Power LED is
ON(Amber) but there’s no
video or no picture
*Press power button.
*Verify input signal.
*Make sure cables are properly
connected.
* Inspect input cables for damage.
*Confirm the input source is operational
by connecting a separate display to the
source.
The Power LED is
ON(Amber flashing) but
there’s no video or no
picture
*Flip breaker switch to power off and on.
*Check correct signal source is selected.
Discolored Image (RED,
GREEN, or BLUE)
* Inspect the display’s video or DVI
cable and make sure that none of the pins
are bent or corroded.
Screen image is not
centered or sized properly.
* Press Reset Position in OSD.
Picture has color defects
(white does not look white)
* Press Reset Color in OSD.
Horizontal or vertical
disturbances on the screen
* Press Reset in OSD.
Image is dim
* Adjust brightness control.
Display Turns Off
* Confirm minimum voltage to regulator.
