12.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
The screen says ‘LOW CONSUMPTION’.
1. The Nexus/Stylus will be in ‘ENERGY SAVING’ mode. This can be activated or deactivated in the
technical menu, please refer to section 6.2 ENERGY SAVING.
2. To exit ENERGY SAVING mode into STANDBY mode, please do the following:
Hold down button until it says “OFF” on the screen.
Hold down button again until it displays the STANDBY screen.
The screen says ‘ERROR SERIAL PORT’.
Please check that switch B is turned on.
Why is one group head not working/heating/starting?
1. Please check all group heads are activated in technical menu.
Push and hold for 10 seconds.
Enter Technical Menu.
Scroll to ‘ACTIVE GROUPS’ then press .
Make sure all groups are ‘ON’.
2. Please refer to section 6.2 ACTIVE GROUPS for more information.
Why do I see ‘FLOW ERROR’ on screen?
Please check water supply is connected and turned on.
If coffee grind is too fine water will be restricted through flow meters which will show an error.
