11.0 TECHNICIAN GUIDES

ERROR CODE

SOLUTION

Hot water temperature
needs adjusting

Hot water adjustment is a manual process performed by removing the
cover off the UCUH and adjusting the needle-seat valve on the hot water
mixer valve. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need more
information.

ERROR CODE (WEXUS) SOLUTION

H20 ERROR

Please make sure all group purges are caught in a vessel, otherwise
excess water can cause H2O error on scale. If this happens please dry
scale.

DOSER ERROR

1. Check sync light is illuminated on scales (front left hand corner of
scale). This checks connection between scales and machine is correct.
2. Check scale 1 is under group head 1, scale 2 under group 2 etc.
3. Check mode on scale is in SQUARE mode, hold down on/off button to
scroll through modes.
4. Please contact [email protected] for Wexus calibration video if you
still have issues.

Timer on Scale not starting

1. Please check scale is in SQUARE mode.
2. Please check plug from links PCB (located under drip tray) is
connected.
