6.2.2 Recording operation
6.2.3 Export Video
How to pause and stop to record.
Course recording and snapshots may be exported to removable storage devices of upload to FTP or MSR backup for
viewing after courses. You may export course recording to removable storage device in format of MP4 or AVI. Please
insert your USB drives at USB port at front panel of your host before starting exporting recording file. You may
export course recording to FTP or MSR in format of MP4 or MPEG TS. Please set up your FTP or MSR before starting
exporting recording file.

This function separates photos and videos from each other for easy viewing.

Please insert your USB drives at USB port at front panel of your host and set up your FTP before starting exporting
recording file to either of the two.

Remote controller operation: Select
Course export
option from main menu
Export Video
. Press to select
desired courses or photos for export, press again to deselect. Press to select multiple files
for export in one shot, press to unselect all, press to export. Destination of export, FTP, MSR or USB,
prompts before export starts. Select file format, click
OK
, press to start course exports. Press to cancel
course export.

Front panel operation: Select
Course export
option from main menu
Export Video
. Select desired
course, press , the Unselect all/Export/Select operation menu displays. Export file format, MP4 or
AVI option menu prompts before export starts, press OK, Press to start course export.

For recording in format of
Resource mode
and export file format in MP4 or AVI, you may export 4 files of individual
channel in one shot.
1. Remote controller operation: Press to pause and to stop recording.
2. Front panel operation: Press to stop recording.
3. Recording template shortcut: Press on your remote controller to select
recordingscreen layout.
4. Generate knowledge point during recording: Press to generate knowledge point.
5. PPT Index software: Generate knowledge point in course recording file out of headings of individual PPT page
during presentation if the software has been installed in user computer.
