Water leakage
- the sealing drain plug at
the bottom of the hot tub
is loose.
- Clean the sealing plug and press it tight into
the drain.
Deformation
- due to partial or full
solar radiation
- Make sure that the spa tub is not exposed to
direct sunlight in outdoor areas.
The water is not
clean.
- Insufficient filter time.
- Increase the filter time
- The filter cartridge is
dirty.
- Replace / clean the filter cartridge
- Incorrect water
treatment.

Read the instructions of the chemical’s
manufacturer.
LED light doesn’t
work. (Where
applicable)
- Transparent tabs in
remote is not removed.
- Ensure you have removed the clear tab from
the remote control.
- Wrong installation on
the receiver.
- Check that the connection points are lined up
correctly on the receiver
- remote-control battery
is not working.
- replace 1 x 3v CR2025 new Lithium Battery
- the LED lighting is too
tight between the loops.
- Refit the LED Lights loosely to allow the hot
tub to expand once filled with water. Make sure
that the position of the LED faces to the base of
pool.
