Troubleshooting
•
Here you will find useful tips to help you identify and remedy some of the most frequent
faults.
Problem
Cause
Solution
The jet/bubble
system is not
working.
- Overheating of the air
pump.
- Problems with the filter
/ bubble/ heater unit.
- Wait until the air pump has cooled down, then
press the BUBBLE button to activate the
function.
- Please Call our customer service department if
the jet function cannot be reactivated.
The heating
system
is not working.
- The temperature is set
too low.
- Set a higher temperature (20-40°C).
- The filter cartridge is
dirty.
- Replace the filter cartridge.
The water temperature is
still within the tolerance
range of the temperature
sensor (+/- 2°C)
The heating system does not switch on
immediately, but after a delay.
- The water level is too
low.
- Top up the water level.
- Dirt accumulates inside
the motor
Remove the filter cartridge; then
place the water hose at the water outlet and
collect particles of dirt at the filter connection
using a cloth bag to flush the motor.
- The heating element
may be defective.
- Contact our customer service department.
- Power voltage too low
or incorrect frequency
- Contact a qualified electrician.
The filter system
is not working.
- The filter cartridge is
dirty.
- Replace the filter cartridge.
- water level is low
- top up the water

heating unit
- Contact our customer service department.
The filter pump is
noisy.
- The filter cartridge or
the filter cover is dirty.
- Replace the filter cartridge
- the filter cover is dirty

- water level is too low.

Air Leakage.
- Tear or puncture
- Use the enclosed repair kit.
- Air valve cap is loose
- Tighten the air valve cap
- Sudden drop in
outside/ambient
temperature
- Fill the spa according to Chapter 3.2.
