Transport agregatu /
Condensing unit transport
Agregat należy transportować wyłącznie na
palecie. Może być on podnoszony na pasach
zaczepionych o paletę. Uchwyty zamontowane
na panelach nie służą do transportu. Są
przeznaczone jedynie do montażu i demontażu
paneli. Maszyny służące do podniesienia
agregatu muszą spełniać wymagania zawarte w
rozdziale 5 Rozporządzenia Ministra Gospodarki
z dnia 21 października 2008r. w sprawie
zasadniczych wymagań dla maszyn oraz być
dopuszczone do użytku i posiadać odpowiedni
udźwig.
Nie wolno wchodzić pod wiszący
na urządzeniu dźwigowym agregat.
Należy zachować bezpieczną
odległość: minimum 1,5 m od
przenoszonego agregatu, chyba że
agregat jest przenoszony ręcznie.
W żadnym wypadku nie wolno
podnosić agregatu za rurociągi lub
za kolektory skraplacza.
Unit should be transported only on a palette. It
can be lifted by means of sling belts attached to
the palette. The handles installed to the panels
don’t suit to transport. They are destined only
to panels installation and deinstallation. Lifting
equipment must conform to the requirements
of Chapter 5 of the Ordinance of the Minister of
Economy of 21 October 2008 on general
requirements for machinery and safety devices
and must be allowed to use and have adequate
lifting capacity.
Never go under a suspended unit.
Unless the unit is transported
manually, maintain safe distance
from the transported unit of at
least 1.5 m.
Do not use pipes or condenser
manifolds to lift the unit.

Sprawdzenie stanu technicznego /
Checking the technical condition
Po otrzymaniu agregatu należy sprawdzić, czy:
- nie uległ on uszkodzeniu podczas transportu
(każdy agregat jest pakowany),
- sprawdzić szczelność urządzenia (każde
urządzenie jest napełnione suchym azotem
około 3-5bar),
- nie uległy uszkodzeniu elementy agregatu
(rurociągi, presostat itp.),
- sprężarka ma prawidłową ilość oleju, jeśli
posiada ona wziernik oleju, powinien on być
wypełniony w ¾ swojej objętości,
- wyposażenie jest zgodne z zamówieniem.
Upon receiving the unit check:
- if it was not damaged during transport (every
unit is packaged),
- its tightness (each unit is pre-filled with dry
nitrogen at the pressure of 3–5 bar)
- its components for damage (pipes, pressure
switch etc.),
- if the compressor is filled with the appropriate
amount of oil; if the compressor has a sight
glass, check if it is filled to ¾ of its total volume,
- if the accessories are consistent with the
order.
