Attach Handlebar to Tiller

1.Loosen handlebar height adjustment bracket by loosening both

bolts with a 1/2" wrench.

2.Unscrew T-clamp and both washers from handlebar assembly.

3. Remove black plastic T-handle from parts packet and place on

throttle lever. Strike T-handle with rubber mallet or place wood
block on top and strike gently with hammer until the T-handle is
firmly seated on the throttle lever.
