Drive indicator

 (2) – The 4WD indicator appears when the four-wheel drive or the

differential lock is activated.

Clock / operating hours counter

 (3) – The clock is set to the 12 hour format. The

operating hours counter displays the total operating hours of the vehicle and cannot
be reset to zero.

Setting the clock:
1. Turn ignition key into position RUN and press "M" button (7) repeatedly until the

clock or the operating hours counter (3) is displayed.

2. If required, press the "S" button (8) to select the clock display.
3. To set the hour display, press and keep "S" button (8) pressed until the minute

display stops counting and the hour display shows the desired hour.

4. Release "S" button (8).
5. For setting the minute display, press the "S" button (8) repeatedly until the desired

number of minutes is displayed.

High beam indicator

 (4) – The high beam icon appears when the high beam is

switched on.

Temperature indicator

 (5) – When the coolant temperature exceeds the normal

operating range, the temperature icon starts flashing and the speedometer needle
turns to the end stop for 30 seconds. Then, the speedometer needle returns to its nor-
mal position. The temperature icon continues flashing.

NOTE

If nothing is entered for approximately 2 seconds, the gauge will return to its
normal function.

NOTE

The time of day memory is checked and reset during start-up of the gauge.
If the power supply of the time of day memory fails (e.g. defective fuse) the
display will flash until the power supply of the time of day memory is restored.
If the display is flashing: check 15 A device fuse.

NOTE

The operating hours counter starts only after an engine speed of more than
500 rpm is reached.
