Operation
The AquaKing Red Label Basic Drum Filter is a low maintenance pre-filter system which
provides clean, clear water without continuous monitoring for the end user.
The built-in UV-C unit features a sophisticated design and high-end quality materials which
allows in a higher doses of UV-C radiation. The radiation has a measured wavelength of 253.7
nM. Due to this high dosage, practically all bacteria, viruses and fungi are obliterated as well
as keeping the screen clean from bio-film and algae growth. The pond water is thus cleaner
and healthier as a result.
Thanks to the incorporated intelligent electronics, the UV-C unit will indicate when the UV
lamp is no longer adequately functioning and needs replacing. This way your filter will always
be operating perfectly.
