Congratulations on your purchase of this filter. Once your filter is installed you will be able to enjoy clear water for years to come.
Your filter works by connecting the simple hose connector to the inlet of the filter. The water flows through the filter chamber
and through the output back into the pond.
AquaForte filters are carefully tested for safety and use. However, failure to follow the instructions and warnings may lead to
damage and / or personal injury. Read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Read the entire manual before installation. Make sure the filter is installed safely and correctly before using it. Disconnect all
important parts before working on the pond filter. The filter may only be installed by qualified personnel for safety reasons.
Children should be instructed not to play with the filter. For safety reasons, modifications and repairs may only be performed
by AquaForte itself.
• Before every start-up of the filter do a visual check. Do not operate the filter in case of damage.
• The filter should only be used for the purposes specified in this manual.
• You are responsible for safety in the work area.
• The unit may not be installed in the drinking water circuit.
• The unit is only to be installed outside the water.
• It must be ensured that the unit cannot fall into the water.
• Position the unit so that it is not exposed to direct sunlight.
• If necessary, shorten the hose grommets according to the hose diameter.
• Attach the hoses and hose clamps.
Read all safety regulations and instructions.
Keep all safety instructions for future reference.
• Maximum temperature of continuously filtered water is +35 °C.
• The filter is intended for pond filtration only!
• The filter is not suitable for filtering water with temperatures above 40 °C or below 8 °C.
• Do not use in combination with oil, petrol or lubricants. The filter is not frost-resistant! We therefore recommend that you do
not use the filter in the winter.
• The filter may not be used under water.
• The filter must be placed at least 2 metres away from the pond.
