Cooling system

Level check

•

Shut off the engine and wait until it

cools off.

•

Keep the vehicle upright with both

wheels on a flat surface.

•

Looking from the left side of the vehicle

through the specific opening on the in-

ternal right fairing, ensure that the liq-

uid level in the expansion tank is

between the "FULL" (maximum) and

"LOW" (minimum) marks.

WARNING

CARRY OUT THE CHECK AND TOP UP THE REFRIGER-
ANT LIQUID WITH THE ENGINE SWITCHED OFF AN COLD.

Top-up

To top-up the cooling system it is necessary to re-

move the right side fairing. Then proceed as de-

scribed:

•

Remove the expansion tank filler plug.

•

Top up the system by checking the lev-

el using the appropriate reference

marks on the expansion tank.
