5.1 TEMPERATURE CONTROL SECTION:
A = Sterilization indication
B = Cooling indication
C = Illumination push button
D = Tumbler switch
E = Fermentation indication
F = Heating indication
The tumbler switch D is only present in case process control is achieved with the ADI 1030 Bio
Controller. In this case switch D is used to manually switch between “sterilization”,
“fermentation” and “off”.
In case process control and data logging is achieved by the ADI 1040 Control Console, switch
D will not be present since switching between sterilization and fermentation is controlled by
the BioMille software program.
The indication LED’s show the status of the process.
DANGER! DURING STERILIZATION, THE WET PART OF
THE PILOT SYSTEM (STEAM SUPPLY AND DRAIN) AND
THE REACTOR ITSELF ARE EXTREMELY HOT. TAKE
ACTION TO PREVENT BURNS.
